CHINESE MACARONI/PASTA WITH MINCE CHICKEN AND CREAMY CAESAR

We all love Chinese food. Don’t we? When it comes to Noodles, Macaroni or Pasta I always to make it taste a bit Chinese. Pasta is an Italian pick and it doesn’t matter if you are confident enough to bring it out in a different taste.

This is my first Food Recipe Blog and below are the details on How to make

CHINESE MACARONI/PASTA WITH MINCE CHICKEN AND CREAMY CAESAR.

INGREDIENTS:

2 packets Macaroni/Pasta (according to your family size)

1/2 kg Minced Chicken5-6 Chopped Green Onions

4 Small Cubic Chopped Capsicum

1 Small Cabbage

4 Cubic Chopped Carrots

5-6 Cubic Chopped regular Onions

4 thin chopped Garlic cloves

2 Cubic Chopped Tomatoes

Oil

Salt

Soya Sauce

Ajinomoto (Chinese salt)

4 Tsp Chinese Chili Sauce

1 Tsp Red Chili powder (for flavor)

Black pepper powder

1/2-Cup Ketchup

Creamy Caesar Dressing by American Gardens or any

 

PREP

Minced Chicken – Add 3 Tsp Soya Sauce and 4 Tsp Black pepper powder mix them well cover the minced and let it rest.

 

Vegetables – Mix Capsicum, Carrot and Cabbage and Add 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder, Half Table Spoon Ajinomoto, 4 Tsp Soya Sauce. Mix them well and let them rest till we boil our macaroni and make rest of the ingredients.

 

Macaroni – Put water into a deep cooking dish and add 4-5 Tsp oil and 1 Tsp Salt into the water and set it to boil on maximum heat and cover the dish. When the water starts to boil add macaroni/pasta to it and mix it with a flat edge spoon so you won’t break them. Mix well and set them to boil for 10 minutes. Now check if they are nor too soft neither too hard. Pour them into a strainer placed inside a sink and cold tap water running through them. Wash them well off with cold water. Apply oil with a brush so that they don’t stick together and set them aside.

 

HOW TO COOK (in the same empty dish in which we boiled macaroni/pasta)

MINCED CHICKEN FIRST

Add 5-6 Tsp Oil let it get hot now add mince to the oil and let it fry. After frying put the mince in a bowl/plate and set it aside.

VEGETABLES

Add 4 Tsp Oil wait till it gets hot now add Capsicums, Carrots, and Cabbage and Stir-fry all the veggies till you see them getting soft. Now put them in a bowl a place aside.

MACARONI

Add 4-5 Tsp Oil and wait till it gets hot now add Onions (regular) and stir fry onions till they turn soft now add garlic and tomatoes and stir fry for 30-40 seconds – now add 1 Tsp Red chili powder, 4 Tsp Chinese chili sauce, and ½-cup tomato ketchup and stir-fry well till you see 2 boil bubbles on the paste. Now low the fire and add Mince and then vegetables to the paste, mix well; Make sure you are still using the flat edge-cooking spoon. Now slowly add Macaroni to the dish, level by level mixing the paste well as you see the texture getting wrapped around macaroni/pasta. Mix well now add chopped green onion on top and give a final mix to the dish.

Serve in plates/bowls and let the individuals add Creamy Caesar Dressing to their plates.
